You can download these formula files manually here:
The Weekly Formula Pack contains any formula file that was updated within the past seven days.
The Monthly Formula Pack contains any formula file that was updated within the past thirty days.
The Complete Formula Pack contains all of the formula files in the entire library.
Tip: Ultra Fractal can download and install these files automatically if you click Update Public Formulas on the Options menu. If you download these files yourself, you will need to unpack the contents and place them in your Formulas\Public folder.
